Notes:

Note on Canadian Hosting: At Ottawa 1981, the leaders produced a Chairman's Summary on Political Issues. This was the first time a Chair's Summary was produced. The 1981 Summit also produced two consensus documents. Both the 1988 Toronto Summit and the 1995 Halifax Summit had the same results. One Chairman's Summary of Political Issues and two consensus documents were produced at each of these summits, with the latter (1995 Halifax) Chair's Summary including Russia. At Kananaskis in 2002 a Chair's Summary and six consensus documents were produced. And at Muskoka in 2010, for the first time, no Chair's Summary was released. Muskoka did, however, produce two consensus documents.
